Online distribution is also undertaken through online marketplace and direct site selling. The dispatches are taken care by regional stock held by Zonal Feads or State Wise Distributors or Wholesalers considering their stock maintenance as fulfilment centers of all online sales. Feedback mechanism is also incorporated internally with customer care department who are in coordination with the exporting company as well as eradicate any distribution flaw that exist in the system.
